We are getting closer. They finished painting the front and west sides of the building.
They started framing of the 2nd floor windows. When we installed the new windows they temporary installed them to dry in the building. Now they are finishing the installation.
HVAC continues downstairs.
And we started to seal the upstairs brick in the shower area.

Finally framing is almost complete. Here is the rotating door to the closet. We salvaged it from the building when there was a photography business upstairs and they had a dark room door.
