This has been an exciting week for the project. The week started with painting the rafters black.
The electrical and plumbing was completed and inspected so they could start hanging dry wall.
Here are the upstairs master bath, half bath, and closet areas.
The door to the closet.(The former dark room door when the building was a photography studio in the 60’s as far as we know.)
The downstairs bathrooms and janitors closet areas.
And our garage area in the back of the building.
And finally they poured the concrete next to the Otis Material Lift.
This upcoming week will be the remaining dry wall, electrical and plumbing finish outs, and the hanging of the lighting fixtures.
