We finished exposing the broken floor joists and now we are cleaning up all the trash, old wood, and broken bricks left over from the years.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_34c0.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.trovllc.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_34c0.jpg?resize=507%2C676\" alt=\"UNADJUSTEDNONRAW thumb 34c0\" width=\"507\" height=\"676\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We are having to replace almost all of the floor joists on the east wall.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_34bd.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.trovllc.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_34bd.jpg?resize=497%2C662\" alt=\"UNADJUSTEDNONRAW thumb 34bd\" width=\"497\" height=\"662\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And here is the final pile of wood we saved. We will need to remove the nails, plane\/even them up, and then our contractor will reuse them above the new subfloor\/floor joists.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_34bf.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.trovllc.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_34bf.jpg?resize=500%2C667\" alt=\"UNADJUSTEDNONRAW thumb 34bf\" width=\"500\" height=\"667\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Along with the flooring we continue with our numerous projects. We found some bar stools for upstairs.
