The original boards were too damaged and it was not economical to save them. They are going to brace the existing floor joists and then install a new sub-floor making everything level before install new Engineered Hardware Flooring.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_2df0.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.trovllc.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_2df0.jpg?resize=512%2C384\" alt=\"UNADJUSTEDNONRAW thumb 2df0\" width=\"512\" height=\"384\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There was a lot of dirt and trash under the floor and above the 1st floor ceiling.
