Henderson St. The couple bought the building, which was formerly The Comic Boxx, about a year ago. They plan to renovate the upstairs into a loft apartment and plan to renovate and lease the downstairs.<\/p>\n<p>Teresa Ferens said they will use the grant to repaint the building\u2019s exterior.<\/p>\n<p>Ferens said asbestos abatement of the building is complete and that second floor windows are being installed.
